lighting cone

hello again,

running thru the tutorial and came across the section on lighting...also tried running a test with a very simple sketchup model, exporting to epix and starting afresh

can't seem to get the lighting cone to appear on the spot. after creating the spot, clicked on radial fade and adjusted 3d linear source to match up with the spot (settings on attachments)

yes, that is the effect...I thought that w/ the 3d radial fade, I might get a cone, something like the attached (photoshop'd in)
