Effect oil painting

I know it is almost impossible, but just in case ....

Any idea how to create this effect ?

The brush type is not the problem, i wonder how to mix several colours in one brush stroke and get this marvelous effect.

I don't think you can do that in Piranesi but you can save you image out and do it in Corel Painter. You can mix colors and use the dirty brush effect, which picks up colors you paint over.
